keyboard is using US settings, how do i change it?

Control Panel->Regional and Language Options and click onto the "Language" tab. Click onto "Details" and click onto "add". Select "United Kingdom" and click OK. Set this one as deault and click OK.

Start settings control panel regional languages and settings change everything to British uk.

May need to log out and back in before changes take effect
