keyboard problems with guest account

I use XP home. In the owner account the keyboard is fine, however the guest account alters 2 keys, ie '@ and #~, the net result meaning a guest (kids normally) can not use the @ key, which reduces use of e-mail considerably.
I expect this is a simple problem but I'm a pretty simple chap.

looks like it defaulted to US keyboard for the newly created Guest Account. Just use Control Panel to change to UK keyboard.

The language is set to UK (English)and I can't see anything in the keyboard itself.
I've been looking for something differant between the accounts, but can't see any thing.kcb

Found the culprit, tucked away in the details section under regional and languages. Thanks.kcb
