I have a Fujitsu-siemens base unit and keyboard Win XP sp2, this has a ps/2 connection, if I try to use the keyboard with an adapter to usb on a Toshiba notebook sp2 it will not be recognized, does anyone know why this is? and can I do something to make it work?

perhaps you need to install a new service pack for windows in order to let the keyboard be notificated by the system

Check BIOS settings in Toshiba.

Legacy setting must be enabled.
