Hi Guys,
I've got this annoying little message on the boot up screen and wondered if it is fixable. I have tried more than one working k/b, but still get the same message. This is stopping my computer from working. So I think maybe it's a motherboard issue. It's a AOpen m/b with 512mb pc 133 memory. Dual P3 886 skt 370. I hope this is enough info. and that you can help me.
Many thanks,
C.D.

It may be unfixable, as keyboards with mini-din plugs can blow the input if plugged/unplugged with the power on.

The easiest solution may be to switch to a USB keyboard.

Many thanks for your reply. I had a sneaky feeling you were going to say that.

As suggested try a USB keyboard, it may also help to enter the BIOS, look for a setting "Halt on error" or similar, make sure "keyboard" or "all errors" are not selected and retry with the USB keyboard.
