Anybody know why my Fujitsi-Siemens keyboard will not work on any other machine ? it has a serial connection but then using an adaptor to make it USB it still will not function.

Thanks, w76

You will need a driver for the USB serial adaptor

Normally, USB compatible keyboards have a USB connection hard wired and an adapter so they can be used in a PS/2 port.

It isn't usually possible to connect a basic PS/2 keyboard via USB by using an adapter, because the keyboard isn't USB compatible.
