I recently acquired a file appearing in my startup files called 'kalvmkw32.exe' It has been placed in my Windows/System32 folder. Having deleted it, it quickly returns. It seems to be related to a popup file click here, which keeps invading me.

I am running Windows XP and SP2.
I used Firefox for a browser. Yupsearch appears in Internet Explorer.
I have used Spybot. I have run various Anti-virus, I have Kerio Firewall, and I access the internet through a D-Link Router.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it.
