I've got to replace my C: drive as the old ones making a few noises.I've bought a Western Digital 160GB IDE to replace the old Samsung.I have a slave drive as well.I have had a look at the PDF but it says Dual(Master)

and shows jumpers set at 5 & 6 can you please confirm that this is what I need for my set up and what do they mean by Dual?

It just means two drive configuration which is what you have. 5&6 is correct for the master.

If your old C drive still working you could clone it to your slave drive using xxclone click here (which is free) and then clone it back or make the slave your master.
