What are you trying to jumper on a SATA hard drive? Each drive has its own cable so there are no Master/Slave jumpers required. Or do you mean something else?

ineed it set the hdd to sata 150mbs

Sorry but I haven't seen one of these drives close up so I can't really say what size jumper is required. From what I can find on the Internet it appears that the drive is supplied with the jumper in place so I assume that yours must have got lost.
Perhaps someone with experience of these drives will come along soon to offer a more informed opinion.
