Help I need to look on a page which has a pop up java script page, it will not pop up,please help
it says javascript:open but it wont open??

In internet explorer: tools,options,security choose default setting. If you have a popup stopper such as AdSubtract disable it temporarily.
Also before you return to the page go to tools and use the delete files option, so that the page will not re-load from your hard drive. This usually works for me but there could be other reasons.

if you are running xp then java is not installed with windows and microsoft are not currently providing it. the file you need is called msjavx86 you may find this out on the internet somewhere, certain web sites require this for them to work properly click here is one such site

Make sure that in IE, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, there is a tick against "JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled".
