Ok,when i click on i-tunes doesn't load in,instead it come up itunes has encountered a problem and needs to close, when i click on Quicktime it doesn't even load in,nothing happens at all,i tried uninstalling itunes then re-installing it but the same thing happens,i went onto the Apple website and when i went on the quicktime page it came up
Plugin Error
An error occurred inside a plugin contained on this page
So i click ok then it comes up
Plugin Error
The plugin did not initialze properly

I don't know if maybe i'm missing plugins or maybe it's something to do with the DLL!

I've got itunes 7.1.1 and quicktime 7.1.5

Try installing an earlier version of iTunes from ', it may just do the trick.
