CanI download my iTunes music and my uploaded music onto a memory stick please?

You can open up iTunes and select File/Back Up to Disc and this will allow you to back up your library onto a CD or DVD. Another option is to export your library, which you can do to anyplace including an external hard drive. It will save your library in xml format which can only be open by iTunes. The final option is to simply copy and paste your whole My Music folder over to the external drive, including your iTunes folder and subfolders.

There is another alternative, use a converter to convert your M4A (Itunes) files to MP3. Try a link on this page click here
I strongly suggest you keep the originals on your hard drive for use with your Apple playe.

I have reached itunes 'problems' on my account and hope they will download also a missing song again! Hence my needing to use 'backups'!
