Is it safe to delete atl.dll file ?

Hi
After running a scan with spy sweeper it's showing a spyware called "Apropos",when i checked for the suspect file it's showing atl.dll.
I have had problems recently with a false positive keylogger could this be same?.
Is atl.dll a genuine system file ?.

atl.dll could be a legitimate system file.

If the location of the file is under a subfolder in the C:\Program Files folder, then it probably is spyware: click here

If the file is found in C:\WINDOWS\system folder, then it moost probably a valid Windows file. click here
