I don't know much about PC's, but do lots of transcription work from audio cassettes. I was wondering if it was possible to put them onto my PC, possibly as MP3s? Thanks for your help.

Yes its quite possible to capture music/audio from cassettes onto a computer and save them as MP3 files.

You will need something Audacity click here on the PC and a cable to connect the headphone soccket of a cassette player to the line-in socket of the PC.
