I be making an order soon from Cougar computers and i be grateful if anyone has collected a computer directly from their premises. I know this might be a daft question

I would ask Cougar?

Two options from the Cougar Terms and Conditions.

1. a11. Delivered & Delivery: means the day on which the Buyer collects the goods or the day on which the goods are delivered to the Buyers address.

2. e.8. If you would like to collect your order from our premises, after having arranged a suitable date and time with a member of our staff you must bring along with you suitable identification to prove your name and invoice address.

Not done it myself, but looks like you can collect.

Yes I have.

My understanding of the above Ts and Cs is undoubtedly that you CAN collect...:-)
