Is it possible to change like the above without using a proxy?

Here tells one that the "range" is simply part of the address of some of their nameservers. Not a parameter, so to me it appears that the idea of changing part of it is not a valid idea.

If you want to change the name servers you use, OpenDNS is one method. click here

Clicked has resolved because the question is too advanced.

Unfortunately you didn't understand that when someone puts 'FE informed' in a thread it is to indicate to others that I have been emailed about a spam post.

There was such a post in this thread, and we deleted it. Unfortunately we didn't delete the post from lotvic about the spam.

You misunderstood, and then lapsed into abusing someone who was trying to help you. If you need help we'll provide it, but please try not to lose your temper because of a simple misunderstanding.
