Is it poss to calc days,hrs, mins?

Anyone know if is it possible to calculate the amount of days, hrs and mins betweem 2 given dates and times in Excel please?
e.g. 14/May/2009 09:42 - 13/May/2009 08:11 =?

It's all in the formatting.
Format both of your source cells as
dd/mm/yy hh:mm:ss

and your result cell as
dd hh:mm:ss

and your sum in the result cell is simply earliest date - latest date
