It is now safe to turn off your computer

I just replaced Win 98SE with XP Pro and when turning off PC I am left with this message to physicaly turn off the PC. It was shutting down ok with 98, I reset the cmos jumper and installed XP. I seem to remember in the BIOS there is a setting to get the PC to shut down normally. It is a P3 MoBo. Does this ring any bells. Thanks again, Wossie.

Thanks a million VoG, that solved the problem, I thought it was something in the BIOS, "may you be in heaven an hour before the Devil knows you are dead" Wossie.
