Is it dead, a Panasonic freeview and HD probably is?

Have had this thing for several years good service. Today no lights - nothing. The display has grown dim over the years, but found ways around that.

TV on the same socket works fine.

I've tried restarts, disconnection reconnection all to no avail. Just want to be sure I'm not missing a vital clue.

Jock1e - Suspect it is a standalone freeview and HD recorder box as OP states TV is ok.

Sounds dead to me.
