is it in the CPU or graphics card?

hi all when you play a movie on some computers,they have a decent framerate,others don't,is this to do with the graphics card or the CPU?.cheers.ben

cpu plays a role, but no as important as graphics card

thanks for that is just that pocket pc's can play a decent framerate,but they don't have any video ram,but the one im lookking at has 400mhz proccessor.cheers.ben

400MHz is right on the lowest limit for MPEG2 decompression however i cant see you wanting to play many DVDs on a pocket PC so it might be ok for other types of compression.
