ISP Connection

I am using XP Home and on a 56k modem. Can anyone tell me why my ISP is continually trying to connect me? - It's driving me mad HELP!

I doubt that it is your ISP. Possibly spyware click here

Something is trying to connect, download and run Spybot, and see what that throws up..
Also a virus scan may be inorder, if that find's nothin , have a look at the Processes ( Ctrl+Alt+Del) you will have to go through them and check them out just do a Google for each name and see if it's ok..

If it still persists, post back ......

just double check in IE>tools>internet options>connections>"in middle of page a tic where it says never dial a connection"
