If a virus keeps reappearing it is often because it is hiding in the System Restore files. Disable System Restore, empty Temporary Internet files and any other Temp files, then delete any infected files and re-enable System Restore. A good quick way of removing temporary files and a lot of other rubbish is to use Ccleaner click here.
