having noticed after I purchased an H10 that the firmware was out of date i downloaded new one and installed it. when it got half way through the install it jammed and the only way to turn it off was to remove battery. I am now left with a unit that wont function. can anyone help?

Full support for this situation is on their web site.

I use the iriver H140 MP3 player, superb unit.

yes, I have already downloaded and applied the new firmware. That was the problem. When I transfered the *.hex file the unit jammed during reboot and won't now start. Windows won't recognise it as being there so I am unable to reinstall any more drivers. Anything else I can try?
