IPSec Policy Agent etc

I am using Win Vista and when I boot up I', getting the message
IPSEc Policy Agent has stopped working
Windows is collecting more Information
Any clue as to what this is would be appreciated

IPsec Policy Agent is part of Windows , it stands for IP security . If you right click on " Computer " ( on the desktop )and select " manage " then double click on " Services and Applications , then double click on " Services " you can scroll down to IPsec Policy Agent , click on it and make sure it is set to Automatic , also you can read a bit more about what it does .

Microsoft have an IPsec diagnostic tool that will examine the problem and offer repair commands , click here for the download . Hope this might help .
