i'm typing the command ipconfig into my laptop but as soon as the screen with the info appears it dissappears straight away.

I'm using windows vista. Anyone know how to get around this ?

...but as you haven't had an answer, you type "CMD" (without quotes) into the Run box to open a Command Prompt window and then run IPCONFIG /ALL in there, not directly in the Run box.
