Im getting repeated promps which looks dodgy. i have googled its IP addtess which is 128 154 26 11. It turns out it is dodgy and i have been advised to change my IP address. Would this effect any security registered to that IP.

You cant change your IP address, it is issued by your ISP. You can ask to change but they may not want to change it unless you have a static address.

Scan with an anti malware program like click here and delete anything it finds.

You do not need to change your IP Address.

You have a scam Security Suite infection that needs removing.
