IP Address Conflict

I have broadband connected via a Netgear router (DG834G V2. My main computer is connected with a wire and then another plus a laptop are via wireless.
Tonight I have only one computer switched on and I keep getting the error message " IP Address Conflict with another system on the network" When I log into the router and check "devices attached" it just shows one, mine.
What is going on ?

it might be a simple reset the router and all will be well

Is wireless security enabled?

No I am afraid I am not too sure how to set security and so have not incase the others can not get access.

Someone is accessing or attempting to access your network
