Iolo System Mechanic runs on startup, I have never installed it?

Recently on startup my laptop runs iolo system mechanic defragmentation, everytime I have started the laptop I have pressed skip and I have never installed the software, when I look in add/remove programmes, there is nothing relating to it to remove.

Can anyone advise on what the problem is here? Malware? Virus? And how I can remove it?

Thanks

I did recently install malware bytes which has now been removed, it wasn't there before that.

I don't really want it to run because I have an SSD and defragging that is a bad idea.

The thing that made me think it is dodgy is because there is a spelling mistake where it says abortt the operation.

Do you know of any programmes that it comes bundled with?

I'll give them both a try but my avast found nothing wrong.

Thanks for the reply

Ccleaner just cleans remnants of apps (good ones or malicious)

Malwarebytes gets the main bits.

If it doesn't, ADWCleaner should (it's a fast scan)
