I have formated my HD when I try to load in Window XP from Boot UP the following message appears,CD-Rom is my first load in.

"Disk Boot Failure Invalid System"

It looks like it booting off the hard drive first. Go into the bios and set the boot device priority to ...

1st device : CDROM
2nd device : disabled
3rd device : disabled

Its not seeing the HD or the CD-ROM isn't actually booting 1st.

Disk Boot Failure Invalid System usually indicates the PC has tried to boot from HD(which has nothing on it)

Also, check in the BIOS to see if there is a "Fast Boot" option and, if so, disable it, because it may be trying to boot too quickly for the CD drive to be recognised.

the CD is bootable? Is it a standard IDE drive or a SATA?

check that it can see the cd drive. on a long shot, see if the cd is on the first ide channel, not the second.
