Invalid Frame HTML

Yep, its me once again with a HTML validation issue.

This time regarding a different website, click here

I was trying to remove the borders from the frameset by writing border="0", however, the W3 validator is telling me that border is not a valid attribute. What should I use?

I've searched this forum and found this click here but that tells me to border as an attributee which according to W3 is incorrect. click here

I've not had chance to test in another browser yet.

I also saw this thread on PCA click here
which seemed quite good, but when I put the code (even with correct root) it did not work, any ideas?

Hmmm, you maybe thinking, why am I using frames, well to be honest, I don't like using them too much however this site is for a friend...and he made the decision. If you think there's a much better method to design this site, then tell me and I'll try and persuade my friend to change his mind!

Thank you!
