Invalid Files: how do I get rid of them?

A program (PC Doctor OnCall) recently told me that I had two invalid Microsoft shared files, and one invalid Windows start-up file on my system which could cause problems. I did sign up, and pay for 7 days worth of care with PC Doctor OnCall, but it doesn't do anything, but ask you to sign up again. And as I can't find away of contacting them; I'll have to find away of locating, and deleting these 'problems'. Can anyone help please?

In my humble opinion, those so-called PC doctor services are quite unreliable.

Norton WinDoctor, which comes with Norton System Works, is pretty good though. Much less hassle and it takes care of problems quite transparently.

Though I still doubt the fact that you really do have a "problem", as the software suggests.... hmmmm....
