Invalid ActiveX/com enties

anybody know what this is and how i go about fixing it. nortons system works only fixes it temporarily, after shutting down and starting again at a later time the problem has returned.

I also had this when running Norton Utilities. I just configured Norton to ignore them. Was never bothered with them again and it had no adverse effects on the computer.
