Please help.

I don't know if my PC has been attacked, but my internet settings have been changed as follows:

1)we now get a prompt to connect to the internet on start up (we dial up to the internet). This never happened previously.

2)the homepage has been changed from ntlworld to

3)several porno sites have been added to the favourites list

4)we cannot access our e-mail (ntlworld) - the password/address does not seem to be recognised

Changing the homepage and removing the porno sites is no good - they re appear when the PC is restarted.

Please help. The major problem is not being able to use e-mail.

Try this click here This is a link to a download which will only let your PC dial the number you want it to, ie no premium rate numbers. The download button is at the bottom of screen (red button). This is a German site but when downloaded it will ask what language you wish to use so you can easily change it to English.
