Internet Shortcut Error Message

When I double click an internet shortcut on the desktop, or enter a url in the 'Start|Run' dialogue box, I get an immediate error sound with the message: "Windows cannot find 'click here etc'. Make sure you type the name correctly, and then try again ... etc". However Firefox (my default internet program) starts up as normal and displays the desired page.

How can I stop this annoying, but not show-stopping, message? It does not happen, btw, if I change the default internet program to IE.

Sorry about the 'click here' - I just meant to indicate an example url and it got translated automatically!

I fixed it by running Ccleaner
