Hi I was wondering if somebody could help me. I have just setup internet connection sharing on my home network. (Peer to Peer) one Windows XP Pro and the other XP Home. Broadband is connected to XP Pro and shared via a proxy software from click here however on the shared computer when i try visiting some sites such as google is takes me to another page instead of its own page. Can anyone tell me why this may be happening?
Thanks in advance

Have a look for the file

C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (no file extension)

If found, rename to ...\hosts.txt and restart the PC.
