internet / network security settings

My upstairs neighbour ( we live above each other ) is stealing access to the internet through my netork if that makes sense. Is there any way I can put a password on my PC ( somewhere in settings ) that will stop him being able to use my connection to gain access to the web etc? I have no idea so an idiots guide would be really handy!! My PC is running windows vista home edition. I want to stop him from gaining internet access through my connection. Many thanks

You should certainly have a password on your wireless network - see if this helps

So did you manage to secure your network?
