Internet freezing

I have windows vista with 4 users set up. One of the users is having problems accessing the internet. It goes into the home page of Virgin Media but then it freezes and cant go any further. The other users can access the internet OK, any ideas?

Try running Internet Explorer with no Add-ons - instructions for Vista are:

Start > type Internet Explorer in the Start Search box > click Internet
Explorer (No Add-Ons)

Thanks for that but I have tried and the add ons are already disabled.

Try setting up a new user, transferring the data to that account then deleting the Virgin account user.
