internet explorer wont shut down correctly

every time I try to close internet explorer the error message keeps appearing and wont shut down correctly. Dr watson postmorton debugger appears. I have restored to a previous date - no joy. can anyone help.

when I attempt to close internet explorer nothing happens then the box will appear and it states internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. Also appears Dr watson postmortem debugger. sorry I am a bit of a novice with this

Simply un-install IE7 in Contrpl Panel>Add/Remove and you will be returned to IE6 automatically.

PS - re-start your PC after un-installing IE7.
