Everytime my son goes onto the click here website I get the following message. "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem ans needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". When I click on the "click here" link I see the following

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer. 7.0.5730.11 ModName: unknown
ModVer: Offset:60b47930

When I click "To view technical information about error report" I get the following information for example

Module 2
Image Base: 0x7c900000 Image size: 0x00000000
Checksum: 0x000af2f7 Time Stamp: 0x411096b4
Version information
Signature: feef04bd
StrucVer: 00010000
FileVer: (5.1:2600.2180)
Etc Etc

I then get Module 3 Kernel32.dll and alot of information then Module 4 upto Module 129

Does anybody know what the issue is and how I can resolve it.

Have you tried using a different browser eg. Opera or Firefox? If the website doesn't work in those either then there is a problem at Cbeebies end.

If it does work in a different browser then maybe their website isn't compatible with IE7 yet.

Has the website worked in IE before now?

It works fine with Firefox. Also IE works fine with other websites.

So are you saying there could be a problem with the Cbeebies website?
