Internet Explorer problem

  Bodice 23:51 06 May 06

For some reason since yesterday when I try to open up some pages I get the error message and then it takes me to microsoft where it says ( delete stored temporary Internet files) then it goes on to say that it has tried to acess a folder as in temporary files, cookies or history.
What can I do to get rid of this.
Im running XP with all the latest internet explorer and updates.

Download Crap Cleaner (CCleaner) and run that. It will clear out your Temp Files and History and all the rest of the rubbish that has built up. Then try a reboot and see what happens then.
