While I on the internet and wish to open another window a box opens to say that I.E.is working offline.
When I go to tools on the browser the Work Offline option has a tick against it .
What is happening?

If any recent changes have been made the Internet Explorer go offline, then you need to reset the browser to fix the issue. To do this, you need to open the Internet Explorer and click the ‘Tools’ button. You need to then click the ‘Internet Options’ item and select the ‘Advanced’ tab. Here, you need to click the ‘Reset’ button to get the browser changes removed.
