Hello
does anyone know if Explorer 8's in private browsing actually stops browser history etc being stored ? or does it just empty the cache when its done ? I ask this as i use Returnil and wondered if I.E 8 works in the same way or just auto deletes your browser history when you close "in private" !
If it does just auto delete your history surely all the info is easily recovered as i guess it isnt even shredded.
Anyone know ?
Thanks.

InPrivate Browsing helps prevent Internet Explorer from storing data about your browsing session. This includes cookies, temporary Internet files, history, and other data. Toolbars and extensions are disabled by default. See Help for more information.

This is what the page said when i turned it on,its a big vague imo, sounds like tries to block
things but it might not do it all,Sounds to me like a selling point of IE8 that actually doesnt do a lot of anything and is just there to make IE look/sound good.
I would still depend on you old app till this is proven to either work or not.
