Internet Cleanup Autoclean problem

I'm using Ontrack's Internet Cleanup Version 2 (now I've finally got it to work!) and I have a small poblem with the Autoclean feature.

I've set it so that the PC is wiped of cookies, history, etc. everytime I exit my browser, IE6. Whenever it does Autoclean, a small pop-up box appears for a second or two, the dissapears. The problem is that sometimes the dialogue box stays put, and I can't get rid of it. I've used ctrl+alt+del and it doesn't appear in the list (I'm using Windows ME by the way.)

I've also tried to right click on the button in the taskbar, but it just brings the dialogue box to the front of the screen.

Does anybody know what I can do to stop this from happening? It's not a serious problem...it's just damn annoying!
