Why doesn't the buttons work on the web pages?

When I click on a 'button' on a web page nothing happens, can anyone explain why and solve the situation. I use Norton Firewall, and disabled it, but hasn't no effect. I use Windows XP too, and I have Spybot search and destroy and Spyware Blaster installed on the computer.

1. Quit all programs that are running.

2. Click Start, and then click Run.

3. Type

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

and then click OK.

4. When you receive the "DllRegisterServer in urlmon.dll succeeded" message, click OK.

If this does not resolve the problem, repeat steps 2 through 4 for each of the following files (in step 3, replace Urlmon.dll with each of the file names below):

Shdocvw.dll

Msjava.dll

Actxprxy.dll

Oleaut32.dll

Mshtml.dll

Browseui.dll

There is a problem with Msjava.dll

I get an error message saying in the title bar: RegSvr32 with the following message: LoadLibrary ("Msjava.dll")failed - The specified module could not be found.

You can download this missing file from click here

If you have Windows XP you need to extract it to C:\windows\system32

But I'm still getting the same problem.

In Internet Explorer, Tools/Internet Options, Advanced tab, make sure that JIT compiler for virtual machine is ticked.

JIT compiler for virtual machine does have a tick, VoG.
