Does anyone know if they do fast internet dongles on pay as you go out there [visiting near paphos in the greek half] and where to get them, are they expenive or similar price to the UK any recommendations please.

Cannot remember if they have UK plugs or french style ones.

last time in cyprus we used hotel internet which crawled at a slow modem speed.

I was in Cyprus a couple of years ago. As I remember it the mains power sockets were standard British 13 Amp at 230 volts.

I used the hotel wi-fi (1€ per hour!) and the speed was quite good.
