Internet Account Files (*.iaf) - Where are they?

I am just setting up a new HDD with Windows XP Home Edition.

My previous drive (which is now set up as a slave drive - but still has all the old data on it) ran Windows 2000 Professional.

I have managed to import all my email, address book and favorites, but I can't find the files (which XP tells me are *.iaf) which contain the settings (and particularly passwords) for my old dial-up accounts, which I use occassionally, should my broadband connection fail.

Does anyone know what folder Windows 2000 stores them in?

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Thanks

Tallboy
