Internet Access for guest user on Win XP

Can someone please advise how I allow a Guest User on Windows XP to access the internet?

I am able to connect on my own user account(administrator) but am unable to log on in the Guest Account.

When I check the network connections on the G.A. my ISP connection details are there but are greyed out and therefor inaccessible.

It's a security measure built-in to Windows XP, unfortunately, and it works like this: The Guest account can use an existing connection to connect to the Internet. But Windows XP's security restrictions forbid Guest account users from starting or disconnecting an Internet connection.
