i use etelecom/glow-energis but recently- from wed 1st dec- cannot connet to the internet as keep getting message "invalid username or password". cannot get thru on the phones. any similar experiences or advice. thanks

Have you got call Monitoring, or any other services. If so you need to disable it. Ring BT on how to do it. If this is a Dial-Up service

i have no idea who the isp is. e-telecom/glow-energis was someone evesham recommended when i bought the computer from them in nov. 2002.

re my bt line there are no other special services.

the overall prblem still exhists!!!

Reset user name and password.

IE -tools-internet option-connections-highlight your connection-settings

username and password are at bottom of page.

rember them then delet them and rewrite them in the boxes click ok.

rebbot the computer and try to reconnect.
