Internet Access

I am using XP Home edition and I am the Administrator. I have full access to Internet and EMail via Broadband using IE6.
However, additional Profiles assigned to my wife and children have lost the Internet connection. When logging on and connecting via Broadband a message appears 'Cannot Find Server'.
This has only occurred after I downloaded from Microsoft Office XP SP3 update.
I have checked the LAN and Internet Settings and everything appears fine even using the Repair function.
Any ideas how additional Profiles can reconnect to the internet.

Are you using any firewall software?

Firewall has been disabled.

Check the settings in the firewall first (unless its the MS firewall)

I have not as yet seen any other posts on this elsewhere but I will keep looking.
