Intergrated graphics upgrade

My computer only has intergrated graphics and i would like to know whether it is possible to upgrade it to for example a 3D 64Mb graphics card or more. Further i've heard graphics card that can be added through an agp slot are better than pci, can someone explain the diference, and tell me if i have an agp slot?

According to here click here your board has an AGP slot - it's the red one

AGP slots are specialised for graphics, and are faster than standard PCI slots.
