I have a computer with a processor (socket), can i change this processor for a better processor, how high can i go, and how do you find out what a motherboard can support?

Hi farmboy. You need to find what motherboard you have and then go to the makers website for information. If you download and run Belarc Advisor click here, or the more comprehensive AIDA32 click here, either of these should tell you what is in your computer.
